Our work started at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club with simple content management on their website. They needed a verbal and visual clean up and someone central to manage their updates from separate departments. We've had this role since 2011.
More recently we've worked on social media strategy to merge their disparate social media pages, in particular, Facebook and set up new platforms including Twitter and Pinterest to produce further reach. Robyn's role at KentMcCormack is to work closely with the Branding Manager on coming up with the social media content and implementing it in a consistent and professional manner.
In the first 3 months we increased the Facebook likes from 640 to over 1800 without any advertising spend and Twitter followers to 88 from virtually nothing. We ran our first competition that introduced us to over 40 unique database entries and attracted many more entries.
To date we have over 2,200 likes on Facebook and we regularly maintain a talking about us figure of over 60. Our Twitter followers have increased to 132. We now run competitions regularly because of their effectiveness.
In addition to these roles, Robyn works closely with the Marketing team to make sure their systems operations support these strategies. This includes software solutions for management and promotion of these strategies. We take on administrative duties such as data entry and online form creation; anything that keeps the Marketing machine well-oiled and running as efficiently as possible.
